How do I get an account?
Contact the AlTijara team using the email or phone number below to request account setup. Sign-in requires an account provided by an administrator.
Can I use AlTijara on my phone or computer?
Use the Android app on Android 10 or later, or open the web app in a phone or computer browser. On iPhone, use the browser version.
Does AlTijara support multiple branches?
You can organise multiple branches under a main account, follow each branch individually and review consolidated results when branch data is synchronised.
Can one store use multiple POS registers?
Yes. Store records are automatically shared across signed-in devices, with access controlled by each user’s permissions. An internet connection is required to save transactions.
How do I activate my subscription?
Choose a monthly or annual subscription with AlTijara. Enter the activation code we provide, or ask us to activate or extend your account. Your subscription expiry is shown inside the app.
